I just placed an order on your website. How long until I receive the product?

Turn around time is typically 1-2 business days. 

I just got my order & it doesn’t fit, can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! To exchange you will need to ship the item back with a note explaining the exchange & size needed as well as an e-mail we can send an invoice shipping too. The buyer is responsible for shipping back as well as shipping for the new item. Exchanges must be done within 14 days.

I just got my order & don’t like it, I would like a refund.

Unfortunately we do not have a refund policy. We do not do cash or credit card refunds, we do store credit and the items must be returned within 14 days with tags on, original packaging, unwashed & no abnormal smells (detergent, smoke, etc.)

I ordered something on sale, can I return it?

Unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

I ordered holiday merchandise and I don’t like them, can I return them?

Holiday item are unfortunately final sale. We can swap for different sizes but cannot be returned for store credit.

I placed an order but now I would like to cancel, how can I do that?

We do not cancel orders and our return policy comes into place. All sale items are final sale and all full price items can be returned for store credit.

I am local and would like to pick up in store, how can I do that?

No problem! Use code "PICKUP" in the discount code box at checkout and the $7 charge will be taken off of your order. After your order has been fufilled, you will get an e-mail saying your order is on the way - this is just an e-mail showing it is ready! As long as there is no tracking on the fulfillment status, it is at the store. Once the order has been fufilled we hold it for 14 days, after the 14th day it is pulled and put back out without a refund.
